It’s a 20 – 60 minute ferry journey, depending from where you depart. With Ganga Express it took us something like 18 minutes to travel from Kusamba to Nusa Penida, and cost 150 000 IDR for a return journey. A bike costs another 70 – 100 000, a car with a driver – around 350 – 500 000 IDR for a full day.
Went to nusa penida on late June 2017, we visited atuh cliff on day 1 by riding a motorcycle, if you're solo travelling better to use a tour guide to avoid getting lost. it took arround 30 minutes to reach the destination, with a very badly damaged road, then take a hiking to climb the hill and you will be very surprised by the wonderful yet fantastic scenery of atuh beach.
How to Get To Diamond Beach: By Speedboat. The best way to get to Nusa Penida is by taking a speedboat from Sanur, which takes about 45 minutes. Powered by 12Go system. If you’re staying in a popular area like Canggu, Kuta, Seminyak, or Ubud, I would recommend either taking a taxi to Sanur or alternatively, you can also choose a speedboat
